Manager, Account opening & Credit Support Services
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day loan administration and account opening related operations process.
Executing the role of loan agent according to the agreements of syndication loan and club deals, including agency task of loan/facility, in a timely, accurate and effective manner
Checking on the related legal and collateral documents and ensuring all terms and conditions as well as security arrangement are properly documented according to the credit approval
Review credit proposal on the different credit terms, pre-and-post credit condition and responsible for the compilation & delivery of the facility letter to the clients
Follow up the provision of the various condition subsequence (of credit) from the front line
Prepare periodic credit reports for management & Head Office review
Respond to questions from FO and compliance w.r.t the various client status inquiry on need basis
Hands on experience in T24 and Murex will definitely be an advantage
Requirements
University graduate in business or engineering discipline with 6 years relevant working experience
Good knowledge of Syndicated Loan (agent and participation), bilateral loan and basic trade finance
Familiar with HKMA AML/CFT guideline, FATCA, CRS
Open-minded and willing to embrace new things and changes
Reasonably technology savvy, logical thinking and the capability & drive to resolve problems
Strong personal commitment to delivery
Good communication (written and spoken) skill in English and preferably also in Putonghua
Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
