Manager/ Assistant Vice President, Finance (Asset and Liability Management)
Job Responsibilities
· Report directly to the Head of Finance.
· Prepare written analysis in Chinese and propose action plans to enhance profit by adjusting the Bank’s balance sheet and address structural issues.
· Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the asset and liability management strategies with relevant parties within the Bank.
· Develop Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) policies and procedures, execute and monitor the FTP initiative.
· Perform capital adequacy calculation and monitoring.
· Prepare the Bank’s ALM financial reporting and regulatory reporting.
· Any other duties assigned by Head of Finance.
Job Requirements
· Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
· At least 5 years’ experience in ALM, preferably in banking industry.
· Recognized professional qualification is preferred.
· Proactive work attitude, organizational ability and time management.
· Good analytical, technical, written and communication skills.
· Ability to plan and prioritize work/ projects in the team.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
